Who is a mentee?
Mentees are typically early-career professionals or staff members new to the Soil and Water Partnership. This program ensures that they never feel like they’re navigating alone. Mentees receive real-world advice, guidance on professional standards, and encouragement through the inevitable challenges of public service work.
Pairing with a Mentor
Mentees can be paired with mentors in several ways: through the New Employee Onboarding Program, by registering as a Mentee in the Growing Together portal, or by connecting with mentors available at many of our training events. Each pairing is designed to align mentee goals with mentor expertise, creating meaningful opportunities for growth and connection.
